Themes to be discussed during the round table include the common demands in judges’ routines, strategies for handling excessive caseloads, and the influence of technology on judges’ daily work.
Speakers will also address the key soft skills needed for legal careers in digital environments and emphasize the significance of human behavior-related skills like emotional intelligence, time management, and conflict resolution for optimal performance.
Pablo Stolze, Erik Navarro, Paulo Lépore, Alexandre Morais da Rosa, and Juliana Ono are set to take part in the event.
